Implementation
A tailored modern workplace solution designed specifically to meet their unique needs
We developed a comprehensive, phased transition plan to seamlessly onboard the team at Premier Tax Solutions onto our managed IT support and proactive maintenance service.
As part of the process, we implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA), Microsoft Entra ID for identity management, and a centrally managed endpoint solution. Designed to enhanced the organisation’s security posture, making their systems more resilient and protected against cyber threats.
Building on Premier Tax’s existing investment in Microsoft 365, we also planned and managed a transition to the more stable, secure, and integrated SharePoint file-sharing solution.
Following consultation, all documents were reviewed, categorised, and migrated to Microsoft 365, enabling team members to easily access and collaborate on files from any location. By decommissioning the outdated Dropbox solution, the company reduced ongoing subscription costs while streamlining document management within Microsoft 365.
Finally with the initial projects being succesfully delived we provided cyber awareness training for staff and reassessed the IT security systems / processes to ensure they met the needs of the business ensuring all systems and data was protected.
